Ming Heng Motor Sdn Bhd is a big name in automotive dealership and supplier in Malaysia who sell high number of new, reconditioned and used vehicles to many end customers and businesses. As they faced consistent bidding and always on the move, the company requires a solution where the salesperson can track available warehouse inventory and pricing and can place the customer’s requested buying price or trade-in value before making any purchases that they will be easily maintained and approved by the company decision maker when the offer is right. It enables a smooth flow of the process and reducing the lost of information tracking from a conventional communication method like Whatsapp and e-mail. What more interesting is, the salesperson can set availability of the car and define test-drive schedule for prospected buyers easily without clashing schedule or double booking happened.
