And yet, many organizations still cling to outdated methods to keep their employees trained with the right skills to help meet the company’s business objectives, viewing training as a one-off exercise to fill an immediate need.
As part of way to achieve and inhibit interest in continuous learning, our company has kickstarted new business transformation activities that include biweekly internal training session where employers may vote to topic and learning activities so that everyone will benefit from the knowledge obtained and driving LCP Buildsoft Technology as a progressive company that is looking to transform ourselves and embrace continuous learning as a way to up-skill and re-skill our workforce.
